Please email or use contact form for booking as I am unable to answer the phone if I am massaging or running. I do check my emails very regularly and will always get back to you quickly. Alternatively you can text my mobile number with what you want and available times and I will check my appointments and get back to you soon.
If you book a block of massages I can offer you the same day and time each week or every other week if you wish. Otherwise you can pay for a block and book as and when you need it. Cash or cheque accepted, unfortunately I have no equipment for card transactions.
Please note that you are required to give 12 hours notice if you cannot make or have to change your appointment or you may be charged as I arrange appointments around both massage clients and Personal Training clients.

Special Offer for Personal Training clients- If you book Personal Training as well as massages, you only pay £17 per massage instead of £20. LWRG members also get massages for this discounted price.
